Il manuale MBCT per il Disturbo Ossessivo-Compulsivo (DOC)
Negli ultimi anni mi sono dedicata in modo particolare alla diffusione della Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy per il Disturbo Ossessivo-Compulsivo (MBCT for OCD), un protocollo strutturato che integra terapia cognitivo-comportamentale e pratica di consapevolezza.
Ho collaborato alla traduzione e all’adattamento in lingua tedesca del manuale internazionale Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for OCD, contribuendo alla sua diffusione nel contesto di lingua tedesca.
Il libro rappresenta una guida clinica per professionisti, ma anche un punto di riferimento per comprendere più a fondo il lavoro terapeutico con il DOC.
