My interest in psychology and inner processes began early on, during my high school years, driven by a desire to understand how people cope with difficulties, make sense of their experiences, and seek guidance in times of change.

After graduating with a degree in psychology and gaining my first few years of professional experience, I moved to Italy. The cultural and linguistic change was a great source of enrichment for me, but it also raised an open question: where, over time, do you find your sense of home, your Heimat?

Living and working in different contexts has sharpened my view of relationships, systems of belonging, and the ways in which people construct meaning, especially when the usual coordinates are no longer sufficient.

This question about the sense of home, belonging, and orientation still influences the way I look at people, relationships, and moments of change.
